How can I get rid of a photo chemical stain on my t-shirt?

A few weeks ago, I was in a photo lab and spilled a developing chemical on my white t-shirt. I am not sure what type of chemical it was, but the stain is light-brownish. The three types of chemical it could be is either developer, stop bath, or fixer. I have tried bleaching the stain with a Clorax Bleach Pen, and the stain disappeared the first time I bleached it, but the stain came back after two weeks. Now when I bleach the stain, nothing really happens. Can anyone give me tips on how to remove this kind of stain? Is the stain hopeless and unremovable?

Sorry to say. The shirt is ruined.
